Tsavo and Amboseli parks

Tsavo and Amboseli park are the strong hold for East African Elephants. Tsavo with it famous red elephants will find us photographing from the excellent ground level water hole blind where wide angle lens are the norm for shooting Elephant and Buffalo. Of course all of the big five will be on stage also.

Amboseli is a special place with some of the largest tusked elephants on the African continent. Because it is small and well protected Amboseli was spared much of the devastating ivory poaching of the past two decades. This along with the location at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro my favorite for scenic wildlife photos.

Here is the itinerary for this pre trip extension.

Oct 4 - Arrive Nairobi, meet, transfer, overnight
Oct 5+6 - Drive to Tsavo East, 2 o/n Voi Safari Lodge
Oct 7 - Drive to Tsavo West, o/n Severin Safari Camp
Oct 8-10 - Drive to Amboseli, 3 o/n Ol Tukai Lodge
Oct 11 - Drive to Nairobi and join main trip

The cost will be $3200 for this Elephant extension.

Single supplement $400

$500 non refundable deposit.

50% of remaining due January 5th. Final payment May 1st
