Wolf Photos, Yellowstone wild wolves make up the largest portion of our extensive wolf photography file. We also have a good sized file of Wild Alaska wolves.

Photographing the wild wolves of Yellowstone and Alaska wolves in the spring, summer and fall can be the most challenging subjects to find in any stock file. Through hard work and artistic talent, our file has one of the finest selections of any truly wild wolf photos available today. Jess's Yellowstone wolf images appear in publications such as National Wildlife, Backpacker, Sports Afield and Defenders of Wildlife. Jess's wolf photos also were the largest number of photos from any one photographer in the critically acclaimed "Yellowstone Wolves in the Wild". The Yellowstone wolf file has doubled since the publication of that book.

Are they really wild? I am sometimes asked. To be polite I will just say yes they are. If you have any question about a specific image please contact us to discuss the image. These wolves are not semi tame wolves from a mining camp north of the arctic circle or heavily habituated animals near a wildlife center.These are true free ranging, non baited WILD wolves.
