ARIZONA Night Sky, Landscapes, Cowboys,Sonoran Desert Wildflowers,Wild Horses,Western Photography Workshop

March 1-8th

This great photography workshop will have you photographing Arizona's great desert landscapes, cowboys and wild horses in iconic Sonoran desert settings with the rugged mountains and the stately Saguaro Cactus as backgrounds. 

This workshop is timed to put you in place to also capture the best of the desert spring wildflower bloom. In addition to Wildflowers and Cowboys we will have many other desert subjects including wild burros, Salt River Wild Horses, Superstition Mountains and a restored Ghost town. We will also have at least one night time photo shoot in a unique desert location.

This trip begins the evening of the 1st when we will have a meet the cowboys barbeque with photo session at the ranch. Your lodging will be provided in nearby Wickenburg. Then 2and 3rdwill be spent at the ranch and near by scenic areas with our cowboys and wranglers roping cattle, riding through scenic canyons and the beauty of the Sonoran desert spring. 

The morning of the 4th we will photograph the run in of a large groups of beautiful ranch horses. The rest of the day will be spent photographing ghost towns, searching for wild burros and rugged mountain scenes with wildflower blooms. On the 5 thru the morning of the 8th we will photograph mountain scenes, desert wildflowers and wild burros as we head for our afternoon destination at the foot of the Superstition mountains for our base the next two days as we capture images of the Salt River Wild horses, the awesome Superstition mountains and a restored ghost town. Depending on weather we will have at least one night of night photography in the desert. On the 8th after our morning photo session we will say farewell and end this great desert Landscape and western lifestyle workshop.

8 people max. Transportation, Lodging, Guiding, Instruction, Ranch, Model fees and meet the Cowboy dinner included . Other meals not included. Schedule subject to slight variations incumbent to working ranch needs.
